Learning and Development Training Specialist

About the position The Learning and Development Training Specialist facilitates information technology (IT) service adoption by providing technology training services to the reputed company community. Reporting to the Director of Technology Engagement and Enablement, the position requires an instructional design perspective to create engaging and accessible online and in-person tools and training, repeatable processes that show learning over time. In support of the leader’s programs, this includes conducting needs assessments and evaluating training effectiveness. Additional responsibilities include maintaining training records, coordinating training logistics, and ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and relevant regulations. The position requires strong presentation skills, cultural awareness, ability to understand and reputed company about reputed company technology topics, and ability to manage multiple reputed company. The job duties may require occasional travel overnight to university events and/or facilities to deliver training and attend meetings.
