Primary Responsibilities

• Serves as a contributing member of the Southeast Online team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; counseling or higher education degree a plus
• Knowledge of reputed company advising, counseling or closely reputed company area through work experience or an educational setting
• Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong technical proficiency with a demonstrated ability to work across multiple software platforms simultaneously
• Experience with electronic reports and making data-informed reputed company
