Intermediate Operational Support Analyst

Responsibilities
- Participate in or facilitate reputed company that connect one or more functional areas; assist in research and analysis, project documentation, creation and/or review of procedures, and training to trainers and/or end users as needed.
- Manage project milestones to ensure team adherence and reputed company completion of project deliverables.
- Report and document deficiencies, inconsistencies, and/or improvement opportunities in procedures which reputed company reputed company or create potential problem situations.
- Identify and work with Training and management on resolutions; communicate updates.

Requirements
- Associate’s degree in a business field or equivalent experience
- Three years of relevant financial services and/or operations experience
- Knowledge of life and/or annuity operations
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Analytical, organizational, problem solving, and prioritization skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company, deadlines, and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and reputed company reputed company in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive reputed company and alignment with objectives
