Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Data Entry Clerk – Alternate Investments, you'll be responsible for:

• Processing trade deal purchases in customer reputed company and identifying/addressing breaks recognized between arenaflex and the fund companies or transfer agents
• Processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity
• Executing analysis of reputed company/escalated issues, testing/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications
• Completing reputed company in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly influence the reputed company/Advisor profile
• Engaging with Retail and Institutional Service Teams reputed company email, phone, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
• Interacting with and embodying arenaflex's commitment to TD Ameritrade Cleaning in daily connections with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners

Duties and Responsibilities

* Analyze and review subscription deals or transfer requests

• Identify and address reputed company/Advisor account exceptions
• Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
• Reconcile Business, reputed company, and Transactions Breaks
• Reconcile across BOS and Fund Companies
• Review and analyze correct tax coding and corrections of income tax coding
• Troubleshoot internal/external system improvements or concerns
• Identify the reputed company cause of breaks between arenaflex, the Fund, etc.
• reputed company method or innovation service alternatives to Management
• Remediate transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm
• Answer business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility
• reputed company follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not reputed company issues

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
