Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting customers in a reputed company, friendly, and reputed company manner
- Providing superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services
- Using Company-approved sales and service techniques to determine customer needs and offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel reputed company, and other additional equipment
- Offering additional customer assistance by providing directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
- Answering incoming calls for reservations, reputed company quotes, general questions, and answers, providing information and reputed company for customers, other branches, and other vendors
- Placing outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned
- Assisting in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return
- Notifying management of any reputed company customer problems
- Notifying management of any reputed company vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
- Continuously building knowledge and skills, pursuing on-the-job training and development opportunities, and any company-sponsored classroom training
- Performing miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or G.E.D.
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, reputed company, or administrative support
- A valid reputed company's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record reputed company the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol-reputed company convictions on your driving record reputed company the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
- Authorization to work in the reputed company and not require work authorization sponsorship by reputed company for this position now or in the reputed company
- Availability to work evenings, weekends (alternating), and holidays
