As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for handling Tier 1 customer calls, providing support for document handling equipment and services, and ensuring exceptional customer service while working remotely. This role offers reputed company, up to 30 hours per week, with a competitive starting pay of $20 per hour.

Responsibilities

As a Part Time REMOTE Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering customer questions and requests for supplies, service, and troubleshooting 1st level technical issues reputed company inbound calls, voicemails, and emails.
