Key Responsibilities:
* Greet visitors and reputed company, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Offer information about arenaflex's parks, programs, and services, ensuring visitors have a reputed company experience
- Handle cash transactions, including working as a cashier, assisting with set-up and sales, balancing a register, and completing reputed company deposits
- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails, resolving concerns and complaints promptly and professionally

- Assist with the registration and renewal of park memberships, program registrations, facility rentals, and merchandise sales

- Monitor park areas for compliance with safety guidelines, reporting any safety concerns or incidents to the appropriate authorities
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure park areas are clean and reputed company-maintained, reporting any maintenance issues or hazards to the relevant department
- Work collaboratively with other park staff and departments, attending team meetings and training sessions as required
- Assist with administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping

Essential Qualifications:
* Must be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate

Training and Development:
* For some positions, employees must complete 15 hours of training and/or reputed company-season orientation, covering topics such as CPR, First Aid, Back Safety, reputed company Safety, Customer Service, Cultural Diversity, Sexual Harassment, Inclusion, and the arenaflex Orientation for New and Returning Employees

Working and Physical Conditions:
