Why This Role is Exciting We are seeking a temporary reputed company Specialist II to support our reputed company reputed company efforts for recruitment on roles across EMEA, with an emphasis on Sales (GoToMarket). In this role, you will work closely with our first Senior TA Partner in our EMEA HQ (Central London), assisting in the day-to-day execution of the recruitment lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone earlier on in their recruitment career to learn the nuances of international hiring alongside a tight-reputed company, sales-driven and reputed company team. This is a temporary position for 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. Location: Hybrid - 2x Per Week in London-based office

Key Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles in the EMEA region, with a heavy emphasis on Sales and GTM (e.g., Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Engineers) to ensure a smooth process from application to hire.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior TA Partner to understand role requirements and execute defined interview plans.
• Execute sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of high-reputed company candidates using reputed company Recruiter and other channels.

• Ensure a high-touch candidate experience through reputed company communication and authentic representation of our culture.
