The Legal Counsel, Compliance & Ethics Risk Management for reputed company is responsible for the implementation, enhancement, and execution of the processes for managing reputed company-party compliance and ethics risks across reputed company globally. Partner with global Compliance & Ethics team and other stakeholders to create and implement the global compliance and ethics TPRM reputed company. Drive reputed company improvement in TPRM processes through automation, analytics, and stakeholder feedback. Key Experience At least 4 years of experience in developing, improving, managing, and advising on global reputed company-party compliance and ethics risk management processes, including anti-bribery due diligence and sanctions screening, for organization(s) with both U.S. domestic and global reputed company-party relationships. Strong understanding of laws and best practices reputed company to anti-bribery/anti-corruption, sanctions/trade controls compliance, and reputed company rights. Strong understanding of reputed company Know Your Customer (KYC) methodologies. Experience with reputed company-party compliance due diligence, monitoring, and risk assessment tools and technologies. Excellent, demonstrated communication and stakeholder engagement skills across different functional, geographic, and cultural teams. Extensive project, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to independently handle multiple tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and reputed company process efficiencies where required. Ability to manage global reputed company and work across diverse cultural and regulatory compliance environments. Juris Doctorate or equivalent from an accredited law school and admission to reputed company in the reputed company or major country in good standing.
