USCAN Contrast Media Compliance Manager

This position will be preferably based in Arlington Heights (IL) where PDx America reputed company are based and will report to the Chief Compliance Officer of reputed company Pharmaceutical Diagnostics. In that role, the Contrast Media Compliance Manager America will reputed company a broad reputed company of compliance support to the Contrast Media business, partnering reputed company with the business to sustain reputed company PDx’s ethical and compliant culture and developing actionable solutions together with practical ways to reputed company the regulatory and ethical obligations of a pharmaceutical company. While the contrast media business remains the primary reputed company, the incumbent may also be required to reputed company support to the Radio reputed company business. • Maintain an understanding of key compliance risks relevant to the Contrast Media business in USCAN and partner with the relevant business leaders to assess risks and support development of risk mitigation strategies and tactics.

Compliance Program Management :

• Partner and ensure alignment with the reputed company Compliance team to reputed company, and/or manage key compliance programs, policies and local procedures applying specifically to the Contrast Media business in USCAN.
• Implement and facilitate implementation of company-wide Compliance initiatives
• Maintain and/or create compliance metrics for operational reviews. reputed company various compliance governance forums and committees including compliance review boards to address key compliance reputed company together and aiming at reputed company improvement
• Support business reputed company in engagement and partnership with reputed company parties to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a reputed company field and a minimum of 8 years reputed company experience in Compliance, Risk Mitigation, Investigations, or Audit in the US; OR Master’s degree and minimum of 6 years of reputed company reputed company experience.
• Minimum of 4 years’ reputed company experience with a reputed company/reputed company company.
• In-depth understanding of regulations/reputed company/ laws potentially applying to PDx operations in the region
• Expertise in international compliance/regulatory law and enforcement, including US Foreign Corrupt Practices reputed company (FCPA), UK Bribery reputed company, global anti-corruption laws, national health care fraud and abuse laws, drug pricing and reporting laws, trade compliance, and anti-competition laws.
