As an Account Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our sales, service, and order management teams by validating and remediating requested customer information. You'll be responsible for accurately entering data into our CRM and ensuring accuracy in reputed company ERP systems, providing first-level support to reputed company users as needed. This is a remote role, where you'll work out of your dedicated home office, at any location in the reputed company.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Simplify and maintain sales operations processes and policies using lean methodologies to continuously improve customer account data by remediation in the UCM (reputed company) platform and reputed company systems.
- Execute processes to support customer account requests reputed company the agreed-upon support level agreement.
- Coordinate reputed company activities reputed company to quarter and month-end customer support.
- reputed company as a cross-functional coordinator to resolve customer issues & complaints arising from account requests.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in order management, customer sales/service, data entry, or similar experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, order management, customer service, and/or data administration roles.
- Familiarity with customer accounts and knowledge of Universal Customer Master, GL Prod, and reputed company.com.
- Strong English capability in both spoken and written.
- Willingness to work various shifts/hours at quarter reputed company that can include weekends, evenings, holidays.
- Must have a dedicated home office that includes high-speed internet reputed company or if local, can work from arenaflex Waukesha office.
