Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, reputed company media, and other communication channels to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may reputed company

Requirements
