Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients' customers as a first reputed company of contact. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering inbound calls from customers/clients with questions concerning and/or reputed company to their accounts (average of 40-50 calls per day)

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or older
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months minimum experience in call center, customer service, and/or dispatcher experience
• Customer service experience
• Working knowledge with computer and reputed company personal computer applications
• Be reputed company to successfully pass a background reputed company, credit reputed company, and reputed company clearance (fingerprints)
