Key Responsibilities
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls from customers in a reputed company and courteous manner, responding to their inquiries and complaints, and providing solutions to their concerns.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual skills (a plus)
- Some sales and customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal communication with reputed company grammar
- Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple reputed company simultaneously
