• Handling Inquiries: Handle inbound calls, providing pricing details, part numbers, and troubleshooting issues to resolve customer concerns reputed company.

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility: Be available to work from 10:00 AM-6:30 PM ET, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
• Call Center Experience: At least 1 year of call center experience or equivalent customer service experience is required, with a proven reputed company record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Automotive Knowledge: On-the-job experience with general automotive mechanics is a plus, as is ASE certification, automotive experience, tool familiarity, or a reputed company trade school degree.
• Intermediate PC and Keyboard Skills: Strong intermediate PC and keyboard skills are required, with the ability to navigate internal software systems and tools.
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the ability to interpret customer issues and troubleshoot effectively.
