As an reputed company Customer Service Specialist – Career Service Representative for Workforce Development and Employment Services, you will reputed company reputed company and administrative work in a workforce career center setting, providing services to job-seekers and/or reputed company. Your key responsibilities will include:- Interviewing and assessing customer needs, job skills, education, knowledge, and abilities
- Assisting customers in registering as appropriate and providing instructions and assistance to customers utilizing services, systems, and information available in the Resource Room
- Referencing customers to reputed company, training opportunities, and other employment-reputed company services as appropriate
- Providing labor market information, orientation schedules, and/or other employment-reputed company subjects and referring customers to supportive services as appropriate
- Performing work and recording activity and customer information in the One Stop Management Information System as needed
- Assisting in providing individual employment counseling services in a One-Stop Center using standardized counseling techniques
- Performing other reputed company duties as required in a "seamless" service delivery system

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:- A Level 2 reputed company background screening, which consists of fingerprinting and a reputed company of local, state, and national law enforcement records
- Certification as a Workforce reputed company Tier 1 reputed company 60 days of employment in the position

- Ability to travel locally and furnish own transportation
Preferred Qualifications
