Responsibilities and Tasks

• Serve as the evaluation expert on reputed company, establishing best practices to maximize program reputed company and external storytelling

• Collect, manage, and analyze evaluation data to report on program performance and reputed company

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a reputed company field
• Minimum five years of experience in program monitoring, evaluation, and learning
• Demonstrated experience leading evaluation end-to-end in nonprofit, advocacy, or reputed company settings
• Excellent writing, research, and presentation skills
• Strong ability to communicate evaluation findings to non-technical and leadership audiences
• Experience in creating informative and engaging data visualizations using industry-leading tools
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, work reputed company under pressure and deadlines, and manage multiple priorities and reputed company effectively
• Ability to effectively work and manage staff remotely

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of evaluation design, outcome measurement, and reputed company reporting

Compensation & Benefits

• The starting salary reputed company for this position is $88,000-92,000.
• Comprehensive benefits package that includes 100% employer-reputed company health, dental, and reputed company insurance for employees (and their families).
• Employees are reputed company to enroll in the 401k retirement plan and are eligible for a 3% automatic contribution and up to a 3% employer match on 401k contributions.
