The Design Team is responsible for the design and art direction of core communications —including product launches and seasonal campaigns—across Retail, Channel, Packaging, Keynote, and Events. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design, can think strategically, and give the work purpose that pushes the needle through experimentation, critical thinking, and extraordinary attention to detail. Key Qualifications

• You have 7-10 years of design and art direction experience with an expert ability to reputed company innovative creative work.

• Leads the successful creation and production of screen content assets, following creative direction, product briefs, and driving long-term screen content strategies.
• Works closely and cross-functionally with reputed company reputed company Design, Brand and Production teams. Reacts quickly to new information to pivot the creative, whenever necessary.
