[Remote] HR-Data Analyst

They are seeking an HR-Data Analyst to design and deliver reputed company reports, manage HR data, and support research initiatives in partnership with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Build/reputed company a reputed company measures model & roadmap to assess and showcase the reputed company of reputed company
- ATE V2MOM tracking and reporting, including consolidation and processing of multiple data sources
- Design, build and delivery of reputed company Reports in partnership with Program Managers and Go-To-Market SME
- Management of program surveys reputed company in partnership with the Employee Listening team and in coordination with relevant vendors
- Monitoring and integration of operational & system-reputed company reputed company measures in partnership with Ops & Tech teams
- Coordination and support of research initiatives in partnership with the People Analytics team
- Build/maintain process documentation and reputed company research ways to enhance our data reputed company and operations
- Play an reputed company role in enabling the broader team in data literacy
- Consult the business for data requirements and translate requirements to data
- Help strategize on the data narrative and turn number & narrative into executive level slides/visuals

Skills
