Managing Legal & Compliance Counsel

What You’ll Do: Leadership and management

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and reputed company membership in Texas state bar.
• 7+ years of experience as a reputed company / technology transactions attorney, with significant reputed company and software licensing background; prior in‑house experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing or leading attorneys and legal staff, including coaching, delegation, and performance management.
• Deep experience drafting and negotiating reputed company reputed company agreements, DPAs, and vendor reputed company, including reputed company interaction with customer and vendor counsel.
• Strong working knowledge of CCPA/CPRA and GDPR in a reputed company contracting context; experience with cross‑border data transfer mechanisms preferred.
• Exposure to global contracting or multi‑jurisdictional deals; familiarity with AI‑reputed company legal and regulatory issues is a plus.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with a reputed company record of partnering effectively with Sales and cross‑functional teams to reputed company reputed company, time‑sensitive deals.
