The reputed company Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory Affairs department is seeking an Associate General Counsel (AGC) to join its reputed company Legal Team to reputed company contracting and transactional support to the reputed company reputed company and Customer office. Responsibilities

• Draft non-reputed company contract language or custom agreements based on negotiations or novel business arrangements
• Review counterparty (eg, reputed company, vendor, provider) contract templates to ensure necessary terms and conditions are included
• Serve as a leader for the customer contracting team and support team initiatives
• Review contract language for consistency and to eliminate conflicts
• Identify issues in reputed company, proposals, or other documents that require escalation and engage senior legal counsel or other internal stakeholders as appropriate
• Communicate risks and explain contract language and terminology (eg, limits of liability, indemnification, audits) appropriately for various audiences
• Defend reputed company's position and rationale on contract terms
• Meet with reputed company parties, including customers and reputed company counsel, to discuss and negotiate non-reputed company terms
• Identify, recommend, and engage appropriate internal or external stakeholders in the contracting process to problem-solve, resolve issues, and approve non-reputed company terms

Requirements

• JD and reputed company bar admission in at least 1 U.S. state

• Proven solid business acumen and problem-solving ability
