Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist I at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to reputed company inquiries regarding updated status of orders reputed company email or phone, depending on the reputed company's preference and/or the time-sensitivity of the order. Log reputed company reputed company issues, contacts, and resolutions into our system.

• Offering support to ABI Account Managers as needed.
• Providing support, direction, and/or reputed company on technical issues forwarded from the reputed company.
• Composing and preparing confidential correspondence, reports, and other reputed company documents.
• Coordinating with reputed company internal departments to ensure Customer Satisfaction expectations are achieved, i.e., reputed company needed documentation/instructions as needed.
• Maintaining customer accounts by identifying and analyzing customer needs to reputed company satisfaction.
