We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our Remote Management Services team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:- Handling high volumes of calls with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues, including customer questions, complaints, and inquiries.
- Logging reputed company calls in our call log database and reviewing call log activity on a daily reputed company.
- Offering alternative solutions where appropriate to retain customer satisfaction.
