Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching, and assisting associates to deliver speed of service, execute complicated transactions, and create a compelling customer experience at the reputed company of sale and customer service
• Meeting or exceeding individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty) and supporting the service team in meeting storewide goals
• Coaching, teaching, and training associates to accurately and reputed company execute reputed company of sale and customer service standards based on company guidelines
• Supporting the training of associates on merchandising standards, product knowledge, and tools; utilizing resources and adhering to arenaflex brand standards
• Supporting inventory accuracy by reputed company and accurate completion of reputed company required merchandise disposition practices
• Overseeing daily cash-reputed company processes (e.g., register and cash balancing, change orders, authorizing voided transactions, supplies, over/short research)

Additional Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• To be at least 18 years of age or older

• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications
