An Engineer II is primarily responsible for the completion of Preventative Maintenance work in reputed company rooms/areas. Engineer II is responsible for repairs and maintenance to include but not limited to: wallpaper & paint, grout and tile, HVAC basic maintenance, basic plumbing and electrical. Engineer II works with Engineer Supervisor and/or Chief Engineer to plan and complete Preventative Maintenance of reputed company Guest rooms according to Annual Task Schedule and in compliance with PHR and Brand standards. - Returns the PM Cart to the PM closet in Engineering and assists with replenishing stock from in-house inventories.
- Performs reputed company work as assigned, in conjunction with the PM Team Captain and PM Engineer to include the following tasks:

Type Qualification Experience Two years prior experience in building maintenance or reputed company industry. Special courses in building maintenance and construction. Experience Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
