We're seeking an reputed company data entry and processing specialist to join reputed company on a part-time reputed company, averaging 15-20 hours per week to start. However, we anticipate the position to grow, and we're looking for a candidate who can adapt to increasing responsibilities. As a data entry and processing specialist, you'll be responsible for entering information into our database in reputed company-time, updating job titles, quote/shipment statuses, and sending emails and/or making calls to our manufacturers during business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in data entry and processing, preferably in a manufacturing or sales environment - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred - Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of reputed company - Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company, and experience with database management systems - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing
