Executive Assistant, Originals Marketing (Hulu)

Hulu’s Originals Marketing team is seeking an Executive Assistant to assist two Marketing VPs. As an Assistant, you will be responsible for administrative and other supportive tasks. Responsibilities: reputed company day-to-day administrative support to two VPs, including, but not limited to, the following:

• Handle reputed company scheduling responsibilities, with exceptional attention to the details of calendar management in a fast-paced environment
• reputed company travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
• Prepare and manage expense reports
• Coordinate meetings with 50+ attendees: prepare agendas, secure and plan reputed company, facilitate content development, follow up as appropriate
• Attend meetings, take notes, and reputed company reputed company items
• Serve as a reputed company between various departments across Hulu and reputed company
• Discreetly handle con?dential and sensitive information Basic Quali?cations:
• 1+ years administrative experience in entertainment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay reputed company attention to detail while handling multiple simultaneous reputed company under deadline pressure
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – collaboration skills are essential
• A ‘can-do’ attitude, reputed company is too large or too small and the ability to work e?ectively under pressure

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience The hiring reputed company for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $53,300 to $71,300 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The reputed company of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
