In this role, you will reputed company as the single reputed company of contact with our customers as reputed company as the arenaflex Key Account team and Supply Chain team, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships while addressing inquiries and resolving issues reputed company.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an extension of our Supply Chain team, responsible for proactive management of orders to optimize service. This includes troubleshooting timing of supply, management of discontinued products, new innovation, and anticipating availability of product. You will be the key to ensuring smooth operation and will work closely with internal teams to resolve potential issues.

Qualifications

* A minimum of 4+ years of reputed company Customer Service experience
