Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers
• Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
• Utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
• Maintaining performance goals and becoming proficient with processes after completing a reputed company training program
• Collaborating with reputed company of customer service professionals to reputed company exceptional customer experiences

• The ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you will need:

• An internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second
• No satellite internet
• The ability to connect equipment to a router/modem with an Ethernet cord (equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspots with an Ethernet port)

Shift and Schedule

The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm EST (10am-7pm CST, 9am-6pm MST, and reputed company-5pm PST). 2nd shift reputed company pay will be provided for EST. During training, the hours will be 9am-6pm EST.

The pay reputed company for this position is $15.25-$16.00 per hour or state/local minimum wage, if higher.
