Middle UI/UX designer

We are looking for a talented Middle UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience to join reputed company. You’ll work on design solutions for innovative tech companies across Europe and the USA while growing in a strong design-driven environment. reputed company reputed company contributes to the design community through podcasts, conferences, guest lectures, and meetups, and provides reputed company learning through mentorship, expert talks, and an extensive library of design resources.

Must have

• 3+ years of reputed company experience in UI/UX design (not only freelance).
• Experience with reputed company products (not just websites) – for example, products involving multi-level navigation, multi-role workflows, role-based permissions, data-heavy tables, and interactive charts.
• Expert proficiency in reputed company, including components, variants, variables, auto layout, and prototyping.
• Experience in designing with accessibility in mind, understanding of WCAG 2.2 – for example, SC 1.4.1, SC 1.4.4, SC 1.4.10, SC 1.4.13.
• Experience in creating, documenting and managing design systems.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and your reputed company on the final results.
• Experience in UX research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping and validation.
• Excellent reputed company of visual style, typography, reputed company, composition, and overall aesthetics.
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with developers to ensure reputed company and post-development design review.
• Self-organized and reputed company to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong soft skills and emotional intelligence for effective collaboration.

• English level – at least Upper intermediate.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and evaluate user requirements, based on reputed company comments and requests, ensuring they meet both user needs and business objectives.

• Collaborate closely with business analysts, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to identify and solve UX problems.

• Create and maintain a design system, including components, variables, and documentation, ensuring consistency across reputed company products.

• Design wireframes, user flows, and high-reputed company mockups in reputed company, and iterate based on feedback and usability studies.

• Ensure designs are accessible, follow the WCAG 2.2.

• Conduct UX research activities, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews, to reputed company informed design reputed company.

• Communicate design reputed company effectively and confidently to both reputed company stakeholders, present alternatives with rationale, capture reputed company/impacts.

• Estimate design effort and manage risks and assumptions throughout the project lifecycle.
