Position may require courses to be taught in the evening or late afternoons, which will include teaching in Career reputed company program models which could include team teaching in an integrated ABE model with an occupational instructor, and/or teaching in non-traditional Career reputed company ABE programs. Develops and teaches concepts and strategies for a reputed company of courses. • Bachelor's degree (required) or higher in English/Communication with a minimum of 18 semester credits in English/Communication Instruction OR
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field with a minimum of 18 semester credits in English/Communications and any combination of 12 credits in English/Language Arts, Communications, Journalism, Speech, Linguistics, Adult Literacy, Special Education, Reading, or Curriculum and Instruction for a total of 30 credits overall.

Minimum Occupational Experience Requirements:

• At least three (3) total years of teaching experience which includes at least one (1) total year teaching English/Communication AND
• At least one (1) year/2,000 hours of non-teaching experience
