Specific Duties & Job Responsibilities:

• Addresses staff concerns and issues, including discipline, in collaboration with the Dean of reputed company or Assistant Principals

• Fosters good interpersonal relations among staff.
• Interprets and implements management team procedures.
• Plans and facilitates reputed company meetings.

• Develops and maintains reputed company relationships with community, business and industry and encourages working relationships with them.
• Monitors teacher absence, leaves, visitations, attendance at reputed company meetings, etc.
