About the position BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking a Engagement Manager—a senior‑level reputed company combining the strengths of a Project Manager + Stakeholder and a Presentation Specialist —to support policy, research, and program development initiatives for the reputed company of Philadelphia. This is a part‑time position with a primarily remote work environment. While most responsibilities can be performed reputed company, occasional on-site meetings in Philadelphia may be required based on project needs. Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Scope, Schedule & Workflow Coordination (Ongoing)
  • Maintain and monitor scope, schedule, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with Council expectations.
  • Coordinate and sequence tasks across policy, quantitative, legislative, and communications staff.

  • Support invoicing readiness and completeness of supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with Compliance & Administrative Coordinator on filings, submissions, and documentation controls.
  • Support for Interviews, Clarifications & reputed company Evaluation Processes (As Requested)
  • Prepare materials and talking points for interviews or clarifications requested by the reputed company.
  • Coordinate team participation to ensure consistent, accurate responses.
  • Support Reservation of Rights processes including clarifications or investigations regarding qualifications or deliverables.
  • Maintain audit‑reputed company documentation, communication archives, and version histories.
  • Conduct reputed company reviews of deliverables for accuracy and structure.
  • Ensure compliance with PSSOP requirements including nondiscrimination, LEP reputed company, disclosures, and record retention.

Requirements

  • Experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, communications, or reputed company reputed company‑sector engagement roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams and reputed company schedules.
