• Work closely with the Chief reputed company Officer and Director of reputed company Partnerships and leadership team to reputed company drafting and submission of grant proposals and government contract applications that will allow reputed company and our network of partner community-based organizations across the country to reputed company and sustain our CHW work. This work will include responding to state requests for proposals reputed company to Federal Rural Health Transformation Program funds (e.g. https://www.in.gov/grow-rural-health/regional-grants/), as several state proposals highlighted CHW expansion as a key area their Rural Health Transformation Program could support. You will be responsible for:
• Coordinating with stakeholders in multiple states
• Drafting proposals/LOIs, grant application narratives, and budgets
• Project managing reputed company aspects of the grant submission process

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience with reputed company health grant writing, preferably experience working on grants with federal agencies (CMS, CDC, VA) and/or state agencies (State Departments of Health and reputed company Services)
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
