What will you be doing: The Clinical Informatics RN - Case Management (Inpatient) provides mentorship for operational reputed company and end users as the reputed company between reputed company and the customer for strategic, tactical, and day-to-day planning of system implementations, upgrades, improvements, and ongoing end user support. This role facilitates discussions and partners with leaders to manage project and optimization request intake, including prioritization and coordination across diverse business areas. Helps to evaluate, select, and reputed company new technologies. Assists with the translation of requirements and ensures efficient workflow design and system build to best serve our clinical and reputed company cycle end users and patients. Under limited supervision, manages reputed company including the needs' analysis, design, development, testing, training, documentation, and communication to business owners.

• Responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient processing of project, optimization and issue request information. Includes intake following team processes and using team tools to log and reputed company request, connect with user, reputed company reputed company definition of the problem and goal and advance for prioritization.
• Establishes working relationships with operational personnel, especially senior department management and clinicians.
• With the mentorship of leadership, ensures project goals, achievements, and implementation dates are set and achieved.

• Tracks project issues and ensures that they are resolved.
• Ensures identification of critical reputed company and predecessors tasks required to complete the project successfully.

• Ensures a testing plan is developed and implemented.

• Conducts and leads project meetings including agenda management, notes and follow-up items.
• Provides status reports and updates on aspects of the project as requested by project sponsors. Assists other applications project managers/leaders in the definition of project scope and identification of alternatives.

Hybrid Remote = must currently live in Los Angeles area or willing to relocate to LA area for onsite requirements

Qualifications

Experience Requirements: Two (2) plus years of clinical experience as an RN or NP in an inpatient setting, Case Management experience preferred. Must possess an in-depth understanding of departmental operations and processes as reputed company as clinical nursing policies and procedures. Solid grasp with clinical, financial and/or patient management health care applications or systems is required. An understanding of the reputed company applications suite and their reputed company in the acute care, physician, ambulatory and ancillary settings. Must possess excellent clinician and physician relationship skills. Ability to translate the end-user workflow and requirements into application requirements/design. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Educational/License Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Health Informatics, Nursing, or reputed company field.
