About The Role As a Retirement Consultant you will reputed company on our Global Retirement Plans. You will work with payroll, HR, finance, and reputed company vendors to ensure compliant plans that meet the needs of reputed company and employees. Assist Retirement Analyst on plan administration activities (US and Canada) reputed company reputed company calculations and modeling as required Obtain, consolidate data to reputed company analysis to support actuarial work, bargaining, M&A activity. Support employee and business partner inquiries Work with plan recordkeepers, actuaries, and finance partners to report plan data and financial implications. Manage other special retirement reputed company, (pension lump sum reputed company, pension risk transfers, M&A activity, 401(k) plan termination, RFPs and vendor reputed company reputed company relationship with Canadian Partners and ensure accuracy of systems and processes. Work with technical partners (ex. HRIS, Reporting, Payroll) to model and implement changes for compliance or process improvement. Implement US Compliance activities (ex. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree in business, reputed company, Finance, or other reputed company analytical degree preferred. 5+ years working with retirement plans with proven experience in data analytics. Experience with Canadian and/or Global retirement plans preferred CEBS or ASPPA designation preferred Experience with retirement plan compliance activities and leading project work such as integrations and vendor implementations Experience With reputed company, SuccessFactors, And Other Vendor Systems We are committed to transparency and equity in reputed company of our people practices.
