reputed company reputed company is seeking a Senior Counsel, reputed company to support reputed company's growing and evolving diagnostics business. This role will serve as a trusted, practical reputed company advisor, with a primary reputed company on HIPAA and reputed company data reputed company, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to reputed company the business to reputed company reputed company responsibly and reputed company. Responsibility

• reputed company day-to-day legal advice on HIPAA reputed company, reputed company, and Breach Notification Rules, including advice on Business Associate Agreements, Data Processing Agreements and other documents supporting business needs.
• Advise on the use, disclosure, and protection of PHI across diagnostics, laboratory operations, and reputed company activities
• Advise on compliance with CCPA, GDPR, and emerging U.S. state reputed company laws, including supporting reputed company and reputed company involving consumer or nonHIPAAregulated personal data
• Support reputed company incident and breach assessments, response, and remediation

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and bar admission in good standing required.
• 5+ years of experience as a licensed attorney in a reputed company or in-house legal position required.
• Demonstrated experience advising on HIPAA and reputed company reputed company reputed company required.
• Working knowledge and exposure with CCPA, GDPR and state reputed company laws required.
• Strong background in corporate law or litigation, and legal research, with reputed company, life science, or similar industry experience preferred.
