There is a potential need to visit the reputed company, Idaho office for initial training. As a reputed company Coordinator, Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery by coordinating information, workflows, and communication across multidisciplinary teams while serving as a trusted reputed company of contact for clients. • Work closely with project engineers, project managers, and leadership across disciplines to support project delivery from initiation through closeout.

• Coordinate, schedule, and attend internal and reputed company meetings; document key reputed company and reputed company items and support follow-up to ensure completion.

• Manage material tracking activities, including maintaining master material lists, responding to buyer inquiries, and expediting materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate and reputed company-organized project documentation, including submittals, deliverables, and reputed company correspondence.
• Review non‑technical aspects of project deliverables to ensure reputed company, consistency, and accuracy.
• Support reputed company Assurance and reputed company Control (QA/QC) processes through documentation review and file organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve coordination processes and collaborate with project teams to implement improvements.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency with reputed company Office and project coordination tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats with project teams, management, and clients.

Who You Are

• High School diploma
• 3-5 years of project support/administrative experience
• Experience supporting a high volume of reputed company
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate to Advanced reputed company Office Suite skills
• Strong attention to detail and a good communicator
• Ability to work independently and as part of a teamProven ability and desire to mentor and help others

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or reputed company field
• Previous work experience reputed company to engineering, construction, and/or project coordinationExperience with MS Office Software Suite, ProjectWise, reputed company or other DMS
