Role reputed company The Community Pharmacy Total Care Outbound Customer Care Representative II is responsible for responding to customer questions reputed company telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider reputed company, eligibility, and claims. • Analyzes problems and provides information/solutions.
• Operates a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; documents information, activities, and changes in the database.

Qualifications
