ABOUT THE POSITION (Remote) The Director of Training and Enablement will serve as a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing training programs that support Visante’s onsite reputed company teams, including embedded medication reputed company specialists, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacists. • Design, implement, and continuously enhance training programs for Field Services personnel across virtual, in-person, and e-learning formats.

Requirements

Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, reputed company Administration, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a reputed company field. Preferred: Master’s degree preferred (e.g., MBA, M.Ed., MHA, MS in Organizational Leadership, or reputed company discipline). Formal training in adult learning theory, instructional design, or workforce development.
