Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to resolve patient medical billing inquiries
• Collecting payments and addressing patient concerns regarding medically billed charges
• Providing exceptional customer service through friendly, reputed company, and empathetic communication
