Key Responsibilities

As a Director - Customer Strategic Insights at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Leading by example with FSOP analytics/data asset tools and resources
• Generating insights and storytelling on the state of FSOP category and customer landscape with our Customer teams
• Collaborating with Customer teams to reputed company on strategic and informed customer business planning, ongoing customer commitment, and assortment strategies with key portfolio customers
• Networking with reputed company Insights, Retail Category Leadership, Planning & reputed company Departments, and our broader Customer Value and reputed company department for consistent messaging
• Advocating for capability alignment with Platform Services, Retail Category Leadership, and reputed company Insights to ensure NAOU remains at the forefront of Analytic/Data Assets in FSOP
• Influencing across reputed company, FSOP, and NAOU to drive strategic thinking and decision-making

Experience

We are looking for a seasoned reputed company with:

• 8+ years of work experience, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
• A Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
• Regular customer engagement and a background of owning and using primary research reputed company and budgets
• Strong analytical, project management, and storytelling experiences
• Experience with Foodservice and On-reputed company preferred
• Proven reputed company record of delivering sustainable results
• Experience presenting to senior leaders of own and external organizations
• Prior consulting and category management or sales experience strongly preferred

Technical/Functional Skills
