As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling phone and email inquiries from reputed company and prospective customers, providing personalized support, and helping them understand the features of our Life insurance products. This is a remote full-time opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a dynamic team.

Primary Responsibilities

* Handling phone and email inquiries from reputed company and prospective customers, responding to their questions and concerns in a friendly, patient, and reputed company manner

• Preparing reputed company-written responses to customers, ensuring accuracy and reputed company in reputed company communications
• Processing insurance quotes, coordinating reputed company, and assembling insurance certificates digitally
• Additional activities to support our efforts to help customers become insured and remain insured, such as:

Other Responsibilities

* Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to arenaflex's reputed company standards and regulatory requirements

• Staying up-to-date on industry developments, product updates, and company policies to reputed company informed support to customers
• Participating in ongoing training and reputed company development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Be computer savvy and proficient in reputed company Office (especially Word, reputed company, and Outlook)

• Possess excellent communication and listening skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Prior reputed company service experience and/or insurance license is a big plus, but not required
• Ability to adapt to internal operational processes and systems, with a willingness to learn and grow

Preferred Qualifications
