Responsibilities

As a Part-time Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Handling a wide reputed company of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate and reputed company responses to meet customer needs
• Providing product and service information to customers, ensuring that they have a seamless and enjoyable experience
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge reputed company of our reputed company-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments
• Capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and reputed company review, helping us to build strong relationships with our customers

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
• The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above being preferred
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications
• A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus (we love gamers!)
• A reputed company and reputed company demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a passion for learning and reputed company
• Availability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST, and work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
