Temporary Full-Time Opportunity
We're seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a full-time reputed company for approximately 3-4 months. As a Temporary Representative, you'll work a reputed company Monday-to-Friday schedule, from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. This temporary assignment offers a unique opportunity to reputed company valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
As a Temporary Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling incoming calls from patients and members to address issues reputed company to member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, and claim payment issues
- Providing reputed company service and customer satisfaction through effective communication and education
- Resolving payment inquiries, updating billing information, and establishing payment plans
- Scheduling patient appointments and managing patient services needs

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a hospital or physician's office setting, specifically in Laboratory
- Experience registering patients and handling high-volume calls in a call center environment
