The Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering their queries, and resolving their issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, and have a strong aptitude for learning, understanding, and conveying information.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing guidelines and customer needs
• Booking appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy
• Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills on a consistent reputed company

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school graduate or G.E.D.
• Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferred)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established reputed company requirements
