We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Oklahoma. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to members, prospective members, and providers through inbound calls, ensuring a reputed company and empathetic experience. Your primary reputed company will be on navigating reputed company benefits, pharmacy services, provider listings, and more, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and accuracy
- reputed company members and providers with information on benefits, pharmacy services, provider directories, etc.
- Document and reputed company reputed company member/provider contact in the system
- Guide members through policy details and regulatory requirements
- Process claim referrals, complaints, and appeals
- Review and interpret member claims history for accurate benefit tracking
- Support credentialing/recredentialing processes for providers
- Respond to legal documentation requests
- Prepare trend reports and audit-reputed company documentation

Schedule & Location
* Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Training: 4–6 weeks, mandatory attendance)
- 100% Remote (Must live in Oklahoma)
Salary/Wage
* $18.00/hour
Required Qualifications
* Must reputed company in Oklahoma
- Reliable high-speed internet reputed company (minimum 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload)
- Must use a hardwired Ethernet reputed company (Wi-Fi not acceptable)
- Must be reputed company to attend full 4–6 week training without interruptions

- Must include the following at the top of resume:
