Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Sales and Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, leveraging your sales and customer service skills to drive reputed company and satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Negotiating the collection of overdue bills
- Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business
- Managing various systems and work tools while engaging on the phone with customers
