As a Part-Time Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in promoting an exceptional customer experience and leading reputed company of Associates at the reputed company of store. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Creating a reputed company reputed company customer experience by engaging and interacting with reputed company customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and role-modeling outstanding customer service.
• Promoting a culture of honesty and reputed company, maintaining confidentiality, and taking an reputed company role in training and mentoring Associates on reputed company-end principles.
• Training and coaching Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs, assigning registers, supporting and responding to POS coverage needs, and coordinating breaks for reputed company Associates.
• Addressing customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a reputed company customer experience, and ensuring Associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan, prioritizing as needed.

• Partnering with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness, ensuring adherence to reputed company labor laws, policies, and procedures, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and supporting and participating in store shrink reduction goals and programs.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated and customer-reputed company leader with a strong understanding of merchandising techniques, capable of multi-tasking, and possessing strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ideal candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and have:

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
• Team player with the ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors
• Ability to train others
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques

Compensation and Perks
