Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Compiling and organizing customer lists, grouping by geographic area
• Making outbound calls to schedule maintenance appointments and promote services
• Managing incoming customer inquiries and providing excellent customer support
• Optimizing technician schedules across seven locations to ensure efficiency
• Upselling maintenance plans, products, and additional services
• Acting as the primary contact for technicians, directing them as needed

Qualifications & Skills
